We had suffered considerable damage from the recent floods. I called them on Tuesday afternoon and within the hour, there was a rep at my home completing a walk-through to assess the damage, and scheduled an appointment to return the next morning to begin the demolition of removing the drywall and water damage. Bionic came in and took care of everything for us. Jess and his crew were very professional and prompt. Jess contacted our insurance adjuster and took photos and videos of their work throughout the whole remediation process to report back to our insurance company. I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Bionic! My house was dry and ready for the next step of finally getting repair work done.
